Summer Camp 2024

Summer Camp 2024

The summer camp targeted 50 children, and lasted for five days during which we presented a comprehensive program of activities aimed at enhancing personal growth, enhancing social skills, and enhancing the values of cooperation, respect and tolerance among the participants.

The summer camp offered a diverse range of recreational, awareness-raising and psychological release activities. At the organization's center, children participated in movement activities, drawing, and competitive games. Additionally, we showcased awareness films  that were followed by discussion panels. The camp included several field visits to institutions such as the police, where crucial topics like cybercrime and family protection were addressed, and a visit to the civil defense as well. Children also visited the Church of the Nativity and toured Aida camp, where the Aida Youth Center hosted a museum exhibit chronicling the story of refugees and displacement from 1948 to the present day through photos and films. The camp concluded with an entertainment trip that included swimming, which the children enjoyed the most.
