Shoruq Organization, in partnership with the Middle East Children's Alliance (MECA), launched a vital humanitarian initiative to support children returning to school amidst challenging economic conditions in Palestine, particularly in refugee camps. This initiative aims to alleviate the financial strain on families who are suffering due to frequent closures, raids by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank, and the ongoing military aggression in Gaza.

As part of the initiative, 265 school bags filled with essential school supplies were distributed to children in need. The selection of recipients was based on comprehensive field assessments, ensuring that the most vulnerable families, identified by their economic and social conditions, received the necessary support. This effort reflects the organization’s commitment to easing the burdens on families and providing children with the tools they need for education, despite the ongoing hardships.
