Shoruq Organization Concludes Four-Day "Young Journalist" Programme to Inspire Future Media Professionals

Over four days of creativity, learning, and hands-on experience, Shoruq Organization successfully implemented its Young Journalist Programme, engaging a group of aspiring children in practical training designed to introduce them to the fundamentals of journalism and media.

The programme was supported by trainees from Bethlehem University's Interactive Media Programme, who shared their knowledge and guided participants through the basics of news writing, photography, information gathering, and crafting engaging and impactful news stories.

Through interactive activities and practical exercises, the children gained valuable communication and storytelling skills while experiencing the role of a journalist firsthand.

The programme aims to nurture the talents of a new generation of young journalists by equipping them with essential media skills and encouraging them to become confident storytellers who can share the voices and stories of their communities.
