Shoruq Organization, in partnership with SOS Children’s Villages Palestine, concluded the activities of its 25th summer camp, “Safety and Fun,” held from July 19 to 23, 2026, with the participation of 120 boys and girls aged 8–12. Over five days, the camp provided children with a safe and supportive space that combined entertainment, learning, and psychosocial support through a diverse program featuring recreational games, emotional well-being and psychosocial support activities, as well as workshops in theater, drama, traditional dabkeh, and arts. The activities aimed to strengthen children’s self-confidence, promote cooperation and teamwork, and provide opportunities for self-expression in a joyful and engaging environment. The camp also featured an educational and awareness-raising theatrical performance presented by An-Najm Theater, conveying educational and awareness messages through an interactive approach tailored to children. The performance enriched the children’s experience and added a meaningful dimension to the camp’s activities.
